Good Retail Awards 2021: celebrating retailers making a positive impact in the industry today.
2020 has been a difficult year for all of us. Retailers have been no exception, with many having their businesses severely impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. It is our hope that the Good Retail Awards 2021 can shine a light on those in our industry who have achieved success in spite of all the challenges faced this year. Whether through strategy, creativity, the use of technology or otherwise, our judges are looking for positive innovations that benefit both retailers and their customers.
This year’s Good Retail Awards certainly proved to be a huge success. The quality of entries was high, with many showcasing original and pioneering ideas which weren’t necessarily reliant on significant financial investment, yet made a huge difference to the retail experience.
This year’s edition of the awards took place in virtual form, as part of Spring Fair @ Home in February 2021.
