Rough Trade in Spitalfields near the famous Brick Lane area of East London has been a purveyor of independent music and selling records since the late 70’s. Even though there has been a shift in the digital age, artists and musicians whom prefer a quality listener experience of their recordings still release vinyl to preserve the essence of the industry. The eclectic graphic presentation of album art, combined with pop-up indie local band performances creates a live experience and adds to the street vibes in the industrial space of the record store.
