Modern Retail are excited to announce that our Editorial Board member, Naeem Arif has successfully completed his Customer Experience Certification and has been awarded the global CCXP accreditation.
The Customer Experience Professional Association is the only global body which is dedicated to the advancement of the customer experience profession. The certification assesses competency in six core competencies, including customer-centric culture, customer insight, experience design, organisational change and metrics. Globally, there are less than a 1,000 holders of this accreditation, with less than 100 here in the UK.
Customer Experience is a key component for success in the modern world and Naeem works with his clients to better understand and exploit this concept, through 1-2-1 and group coaching.
