Business Mail – cost-effective standard service for global business letter mail up to
2kg, worldwide, no presorting requirements, return service available.
Priority mail service for low weight items up to 2kg. Delivery aims: Europe 3-5 days,
USA 4-6, ROW 6-8 days.
Merchandise Mail Plus – a simple and secure service utilising the reach of the global postal system; a choice of 3 service levels for merchandise up to 30kg, with track and trace available for most countries; integrated software to produce labels, tracking barcodes and simple customs clearance declarations; pre-advice emails to recipients; optional features available upon request; delivery aims: Europe 3-5 days, USA 4-6 days, ROW 6-8 days.
- Level 1 – for low value items worldwide; convenient delivery to the mailbox. Packages
that are too large are sent to a local collection point or post office
- Level 2 – within Europe and to main cities worldwide; recipient is notified when the
item is handed over for local delivery by the incumbent Post office
- Level 3 – provides full end-to-end tracking to most destinations worldwide and,if required, delivery confirmation. Items are signed off by the customer – either at a service point or at their home or office. Insurance is available as an option. With all of these features, Level 3 is the most secure way to send your item.
Furthermore, your all-important customer communication is managed smoothly. For instance, your customers get a pre-advice email that keeps them in the loop plus this reduces frustrated calls to your customer service department. Another benefit of this type of email is that you can use it for marketing purposes. So, in addition to delivery status, it can include offers, promotions and other messages.
PostNord MyPack – a secure, fully tracked B2C parcel service with 100% coverage of the
Nordic region; approx. 2-4 working days for delivery; options for delivery to home or over 6,150 branded Service Points; recipients are notified via SMS, email or phone message and with MyPack Home, are offered various delivery options including 2-3 hour time slot or evening deliveries (to some regions).
Maximum weight of 20kg for MyPack Collect and 35kg for MyPack Home.
PostNord launched a tracking app for consumers giving flexibility and freedom to enhance the delivery experience and to be able control their deliveries. It has become very popular within the Nordics which resulted in the app being downloaded over 1.4 million times.
Direct Link integrated with Returns Solutions:
Merchandise Mail Returns – free of charge for European recipients; provides pre-paid return labels for drop off at a post office or other agency; optional features include returns speed, frequency and destination, tracking and daily electronic status reports; suitable for B2B and B2C shippers.
Post Nord MyPack Returns – Drop off – fully integrated returns with options for collections and drop off at service point.
Our Direct Link tracking system gives shipment visibility to you as sender and your receiving customer. We’ve made tracking a package easier – it can be found either by item number or order number. Our developed Self-service tool provides account holders with a suite of marketing, management and reporting tools – upload shipments, i.e. manifests, obtain delivery status information. The marketing tools support tailored email tracking alerts and campaigns,
with advert placement within emails and set up of specific campaign dates. This gives full control of your merchandise shipped with Direct Link.
