Inner Tube Products

Cycle of Good recycled bags, wallets, belts and gifts are saving the planet and making the world a more equal place. A bold statement but true!

We are the trading arm of a UK registered charity, working to save our precious resources and end poverty in some of the poorest communities in the world. It’s a simple but effective model.

We collect materials from around the UK that would have gone to landfill. Typically, we use blown out inner-tubes, lorry curtain siding, coffee sacks, tents, in fact anything that is cleanable and usable.

We send this to Malawi, (where we’ve worked for the past 15 years), in our shipping containers that contain other vital resources for all our projects.

Cycle of Good employs 20 tailors in Malawi who are employed on fair terms, with added bonuses such as access to top quality childcare. The tailors are based on a campus of learning and enterprise that’s wholly powered by the sun!

They use our designs to sew the saved resources into practical and beautiful bags, wallets, purses, cases and more.

We bring it all back to supply shops in the UK and internationally; everything is tastefully branded using recycled card labels that tell our story, so that your customers know the difference they make with every purchase.

Every penny of surplus we make through sales is reinvested back into the Malawi projects to provide top quality education, family support, training and sustainable enterprise growth.

Whether you’re looking for men’s eco-gifts that sit around the £10 price point, or super-strong, stylish bags retailing at around £45, we have something to suit. Our recycled inner tube range is popular with cyclists, especially right now as cycling is having a boom. The coffee sack range appeals to those who like something a little quirky and the lorry curtain products are super sleek and so practical. Our customers are those who value ethical credentials, want to make a positive difference and who care about sustainability.

The use of recycled materials means that every item is a little unique, but the quality of finish and attention to detail is apparent throughout. We are members of the British Association of Fair Traders (BAFTS) and we’re People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) approved, so you have the reassurance that our products have been scrutinised and certified as fair to all.

Cycle of Good has easy online wholesale ordering, good margins, lovely point of sale displays and excellent standards of customer care. Our minimum order quantities are small enough to attract independents and start-up eco-traders, but with good stock levels held in our Stoke on Trent warehouse we’re able to supply larger ethical chains too. When you place your order, you’ll find that it quickly arrives (free carriage within the UK) in plastic-free packaging of course.

Our small but friendly team would love to hear your ideas for bespoke ranges and branding and we’re happy to work with you to develop your ideas. You’re also more than welcome to pop in to visit us, either in Stoke on Trent, or if you’re feeling more adventurous, why not visit our makers in Malawi, the Warm Heart of Africa? That would be a great tale to tell your customers!
