Black Friday 2018 Live Tracker: Dashboard of 60 Top UK Retailers

Our Black Friday Live Dashboard returns – a simple tracker to see which of the UK’s top retailers are experiencing downtime during BFCM 2018.

Over the past few years, we have seen high street retailers both embrace and reject Black Friday. However, with over half of UK shoppers intending to shop during Black Friday, it can be a lost opportunity for many retailers without a clear peak trading strategy.

To review the BFCM landscape in 2018, we have launched our live Black Friday dashboard at amp.co/blackfriday. Our regular dashboard has returned to track site uptime, downtime and response times for 60 of the UK’s top retailers, from Amazon to Zara.

Downtime for online retailers at any time can be frustrating, but it can be even more so during critical trading periods such as Black Friday. A strong technology stack is essential to making sure your site does not experience downtime and in turn, result in lost customers.

We wish all retailers good luck and we hope you have a prosperous Black Friday!

Keep an eye on our dashboard throughout the next two weeks to see which retailers are on top when it comes to site performance. We will be reviewing how each retailer approaches Black Friday and Cyber Monday (and beyond) and sharing some key stats throughout the rest of the quarter, so make sure to subscribe to our retail insights to keep updated with the latest BFCM trends.
